Shocking: Newborn baby found dead in municipal trash bin

A newborn baby was found dead in a municipal trash bin in a shopping complex in Ladysmith yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, May 22).

Police and emergency officials were on scene.

Shocked community members looked on while emergency personnel were busy at the crime scene.
