Endumeni Mayor, Richard Mbatha, will again appear in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, May 31.
The Mayor and two other men, including an Estcourt Councillor, are to appear on a charge of plotting to kill Endumeni Speaker, Bongiwe Mbatha-Makathini.
It was originally thought that the Mayor would appear tomorrow, but he will only appear again on Thursday.
