Inkatha Freedom Party Councillor Mthembeni Majola, Endumeni (Dundee) Local Municipality Mayor Richard Mbatha and alleged hit man Xolani Makhathini will be back in court at 11am today for the second part of their formal bail application.

The men were arrested on May 23 and 24 after an undercover agent intercepted an alleged plot to murder Endumeni council Speaker Bongiwe Mbatha and security tender recipient Mofat Mosia.
