Officers from the Ladysmith Family Violence, Child Protection & Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit are appealing to the public to assist them in locating the parents of an 18-month-old baby.
The baby was found abandoned by a member of the community in the Umbulwane area, in Tsakane, near Majaji Tavern on Sunday night (June 10).
The baby girl, who was dressed in blue pants and a pale blue jersey, has been examined by medical personnel and she is in good health.
