Spreading some warmth with FREE hot coffee
The team certainly warmed up a cold winter's morning
Friday saw the Engen Wimpy team going out early in the morning to serve free, hot coffee to lucky motorists who happened to stop at the intersection of Ruby Gailey Drive and Francis Road.
With music pumping and coffee flowing, the Friday morning did not seem so cold.
Engen Wimpy franchisee Theo Blok started this initiative last year.
“It is an annual initiative that I like to call ‘Wimpy coffee activation’. There is no specific date; we just decide and it happened to be this Friday we picked,” said Mr Blok.
Motorists were elated to get a bit of warmth into their tummies on a cold winter’s morning.
