Update: Coming to rid the town of stray cats

The Cats of Durban team visited Ladysmith on Tuesday morning and held a meeting at the Country Club to discuss the issue of stray cats in town.

Many local residents have been outspoken about the cat problem at hospitals and shopping centres in town, where there is a food source for strays.

Community members eagerly attended the meeting to see what headway can be made in this regard.

The Cats of Durban team will be hosting a clinic in Ladysmith soon, where they will sterilize stray cats and then release them back into the community.
