The rape case against a 25-year-old Estcourt man was withdrawn last week Tuesday.

It’s been alleged that the man raped a seven-year-old earlier this year.
After a brief appearance in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court on August 13, he reappeared for his bail hearing to continue on August 21.
