An intelligence-driven operation held in the Umhlumayo area of Ezakheni on Friday (September 7) resulted in the arrest of one suspect and the recovery of two pistols.

The suspect (44) appeared in the Ezakheni Magistrate’s Court on Monday, facing a charge of being in possession of a firearm without a licence.
Both firearms will be sent for ballistic testing.
