
Two suspects linked to the murder of a traditional healer will appear in court on October 8.
They previously appeared in the Bergville Magistrate’s Court and the case was remanded.
The murder was committed in a homestead in the Esqhingini area of Emmaus, Bergville.

The two suspects requested to consult with a known traditional healer they had allegedly consulted in the past and were allowed to enter the healer’s home. Later in the day, family of the healer discovered her lifeless body.
They immediately called police and a manhunt for the suspects began. Police pounced on the alleged killers in the Wembezi area. The men, both aged 31, face murder charges.
