Memorable Order of Tin Hats (MOTHS) from all around the Midlands made their way to Mount Memory in Champagne Castle Resort to help celebrate the annual event on November 11.
Reverend John Green opened with a word of prayer and led the MOTHS with a few songs of praise. Thereafter various poems were recited to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers.
To complete the remembrance service, the South African as well as the MOTHS flags were lowered then raised again. Beautiful wreaths were laid at Mount Memory after which a specially prepared lunch was enjoyed by all.
