Mr Bruce Wayne Botha made a brief appearance in the Bergville Magistrate’s Court on Monday (January 14).
He stands accused of theft.

Botha (36) went missing and police asked for assistance from the community in locating him.
He was last seen on Saturday, November 3, at his residence in Ladysmith and failed to report for work that week.
He has since been located and remanded into police custody.
A formal bail application will be held on Wednesday, January 23.
