There are of course other things to consider when moving to another area, such as:

•  First figure out if you really want to live in that area.
• Factor in things like schools you’d like your children to attend, as well as the commute to and from work.
• Does the house fulfill your needs?
• Is it safe for kids?
• Are shops nearby?
• Whatever you do, don’t rush into the deal!
