The Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) is appealing to the public to please help them with various types of donations. They are looking for a two door steel stationery cabinet to hold their paper work as their current shelving is dilapidating. They are also looking for dry and wet cat food to feed the precious cats that are being homed at the kennels. With winter fast on its way, the kennels are in need of blankets to help keep the animals warm. Please find it in your heart to help the AACL to help the animals.
There are many animals at the kennels who are looking for good homes. Some of these animals have not known a family who loves them, and they have a lot of love to give. Animals make the best friends as they are always loyal and willing to love you no matter what. If they do not find homes, they will sadly have to be put down. Last month two cats and 12 dogs found new homes and a family to look after them. Lets try to help those numbers up this month.
‘Prince’ the Siamese crossbreed cat that went missing from the Hospital Park area has been found. Thanks this week goes to Mr and Mrs Beukes, Pierre Massyn and Spar.
