My deepest belief is that parents want the best for their children. Unfortunately, in today’s world, with the best intentions in mind, we lost sight of what that ‘BEST’ is and what children TRULY need.
The overwhelming response to my blogs just proves that parents are hungry for the tools to help them become better parents. Parents don’t want to spoil their children.

They want to parent well, but to parent well they need to know HOW to. In today’s world, we get trained for everything, except for being parents.
My goal is to bring parents back to the essentials, back to the common sense and provide parents with the “HOW” of parenting.
If we want our children to grow into happy and healthy individuals, we have to wake up and go back to the basics. It is still possible! Set limits and remember that you are your child’s PARENT, not a friend.

Offer children a well-balanced lifestyle filled with what children NEED, not just what they WANT. Don’t be afraid to say “no” to your children if what they want is not what they need.
We must make changes in our children’s lives before this entire generation of children will be medicated! It is not too late yet, but soon it will be.
