Tears ran down Annamarie Koen’s cheeks as many of her dogs and puppies had to be put down due to the Parvo virus. There are a few dogs up for adoption this week. An appeal is made to the community to please not chain up dogs or let them roam out in the streets. “Your pets are your responsibility and if we see them chained or running in the road, the owners will be fined,” says Annamarie.
