Cabbage – Full of chlorophyll, helps prevent cancer, arthritis and pain. Warm a cabbage leaf and bandage over the area until the pain subsides.

Cloves – Antibiotic for sore throat, mouth ulcers and toothache.

Cinnamon – Good for circulation, excellent for diabetes. Sprinkle a little on food or sandwiches daily. Infuse cloves and cinnamon and have as a tea during winter to prevent colds and flu.
