Woman missing in Potchefstroom

The family has not heard from Wilhelmina since she left.

Wilhelmina Mokoena (36) has been missing in Potchefstroom since 19 October.

Jeanet Mokoena, Wilhelmina’s sister, says she left home with a friend with the promise of a job, but was not seen again.

The family has tried to report the matter to the police, but since she left willingly, a missing person case cannot be opened.

According to Jeanet, there have been reports of Wilhelmina being seen around Potchefstroom, but it could not be confirmed.

“We are unable to contact her and she has a small baby at home waiting for her. We just want her to come home,” Jeanet said.

If you know where Wilhelmina might be or anything information regarding her whereabouts, you can contact Jeanet on 073 229 8964.
