Witrand Hospital integrates COVID-19 vaccination site with outpatient services

As part of Witrand Hospital’s package of services, the primary COVID-19 vaccination site will be integrated into the outpatient department on Monday, 19 December 2022.

Vaccination services are still available. As one of the first vaccination sites in Dr. Kenneth Kaunda District, Witrand hospital vaccination site was open to the community of J.B. Marks municipality. Now the vaccination is available at clinics.

“We still pride ourselves that we carried a full mandate with professionalism to start vaccinating a large number of people with-out fail, even though Covid-19 vaccination was new to us”, said Moipone Mplokeng, CEO of Witrand specialized hospital.

Mpolokeng said words would never be sufficient for how she wishes to thank every employee who played their part for the sterling job done and continue to do so.
