Loula Fourie Primary School blessed with donations

Learners and staff at the school could not contain their excitement and appreciation.

Happy smiles and cheerful faces were a sight to behold this past Friday, 19 June, at Loula Fourie Primary Schoo in Wilgeboom when the school received a printer, printing paper, keyboards, as well as 215 sweet packets for the learners.

The Junior Jack Group organised the donation as part of its Youth Day initiative.

According to Alet Bekker, it was a joy to see the smiling faces of the learners and how much the school appreciated the donation, which will assist them greatly in the future.

“When we did the donation, we also saw that there was an issue with overflowing drains, so we arranged for people to sort out the problem,” she added.

She also thanked Mr Jack de Jager, who made the donation possible, as well as the staff members of the Junior Jack Group who assisted with the delivery and distribution of the donation.
