With the upcoming test match between South Africa and Bangladesh on its way in late September, local cricket fans can get a taste of what’s to come with an unofficial match at Senwes Park this weekend when the SA A side is in town.

The SA A side will face the India A side in the second unofficial four-day test at Senwes Park from 19-22 August and will feature some of the world’s best up and coming players.

South Africa A will feature the likes of the local boy, Bevan Fortuin, former Proteas spinner, Dane Piedt and the regular Lions opener, Stephen Cook, to name but a few. India A will see IPL regulars such as batsman, Karun Nair, and fast bowler, Mohammed Siraj take to the field.

SA A won the first unofficial test in Pretoria by a massive 235 runs and will look to make a clean sweep in Potchefstroom against the Indians.
