Human Rights Day (21 March) will see chess action of the highest order as The Kosh Kings Chess Club hosts a special chess day.
The event will take place at the NG Church Klerskdorp-Noord on 6 Dr Yusuf Dadoo Avenue. It promises to be a fantastic occasion for all.
According to Kabous Viljoen of the Kosh Kings Chess Club, the event is open to all ages and skill levels.
“It does not matter if you are a grandmaster or master at all; we would like you to come and play some chess,” stated Viljoen.
Refreshments will be available and there will also be a specific chess table where participants and the general public can purchase chess sets, clocks and other chess-related accessories. The event will start at 15:00 and will continue until 21:00.
