The 2019 Varsity Athletics champions will once again get the opportunity to defend their title on home turf this coming athletics season. The 2020 Varsity Athletics season promises to be humdinger with all the other competing universities hoping to usurp the champions from their throne.

The Kenneth McArthur stadium will be the venue for the encounter on Friday, 20 March. This will be the second leg of competition. The first leg of the 2020 Varsity Athletics season will take place on Friday, 6 March 2020 at the University of Stellenbosch’s Coetzenburg Stadium.
