India and Pakistan to renew rivalry in massive u.19 World Cup semi-final

Defending champions India will face their fierce neighbors and rivals Pakistan in a massive encounter on Tuesday, 4 February.

The 2020 ICC u.19 Cricket World Cup heads into the business round this week this two cracking semi-final match ups taking place.

After 16 days of colourful and addictive action on Potch’s cricket fields, the u.19 cricketing cream has risen to the top with only 4 teams left to battle for the World Cup.

Defending champions India will face their fierce neighbors and rivals Pakistan in a massive encounter on Tuesday, 4 February. Dark horses for the title, Bangladesh, will take on the resilient New Zealand in the other semi-final on Thursday, 6 February.

The India and Pakistan match will already feel like a final with both sides looking to beat their long standing rivals en route to the cup. India has proven to be one of the form teams with no apparent weakness, as they have steamrolled over the competition. Spinner, Ravi Bishnoi and batsmen, Priyam Garg and Yashasvi Jaiswal are the dangermen for India.  Pakistan too has played with aggression and a lot of spirit and will definitely be the strongest side that India has faced thus far. Watch out for seamers’ Mohammad Amir Khan and Abbas Afridi. Rohail Nazir and Mohammed Haris will also look to capitalize with the bat for Pakistan.

 Both semi-finals will take place at JB Marks Oval from 10:00.
