Anticipation building for Bult 10km road race this Saturday

The race is set to start at 07:00 tomorrow.

It’s time to put on your running shoes for the Bult 10km road race taking place tomorrow (Saturday, May 23) on the Bult. The start and finish will be at NG Kerk Die Bult at 39 President Street.

It promises to be a fast and flat route for runners with the 10km race starting early morning at 07:00. The 4.9km fun run will start at 07:05.

The route which will take runners across the N12 from the north to south of Potch.

Aspiring runners still has the opportunity to enter late or collect their race numbers ahead of the event. Pre-event collections and late registrations will take place on Friday, May 22 from 16:00 until 18:00 at NG Bult Potchefstroom. Race-day late entries will also be available from 05:30 on Saturday morning.

This event is an ACNW and NG Kerk Die Bult event. There will be medals for the first 300 finishers.

Entry Fees:

10km race:

Early entries: R130

Late entries: R160

Temporary licence for non-registered club runners: R70 (additional)

4.9km fun run:

Early entries: R60

Late entries: R80

Prize Money – 10km Race:
Top three finishers in both the men’s and women’s categories will receive cash prizes:

1st place: R1000

2nd place: R500

3rd place: R250
