Wendy Kwinda, supervisor at Johannesburg Dream Centre, shared the organisation’s mission: “Each winter, we collect and distribute warm blankets to families in need, providing comfort and dignity to those facing the cold. We also host blanket braiding classes and team-building events, where groups can make no-sew fleece blankets together for a meaningful cause. This year, we decided to donate to Masakhane Primary School, and in total, we were able to donate 654 blankets.”
