W/are municipality a shame
Prior to contacting the media, I believe that it is all good and well to approach the municipality for assistance, but it becomes a problem when they do not meet you half way.

Despite my attempts to get the Westonaria Local Municipality to attend to my complaints about the lack of service delivery in terms of cleaning up the sewage that floods the taxi rank in Bekkersdal, they continuously ignore my queries and make no arrangements to attend to the matter.

One becomes convinced that they do not care about our concerns and our pleas let alone our hygiene.
We are either sent from pillar to post when lodging a complaint at the municipal offices or get no services at all.
In total, I am generally disgusted by the lack of service delivery and the poor standard of customer service.
I am not surprised that people are constantly protesting outside the municipal building.
It is really because of such things.
It would not be a bad idea to actually get new management at the municipality.
