R10 000 for his timely payment

Furn Mart furniture store in Mokopane gave R10 000 to one lucky customer in an effort to encourage customers to pay their accounts on time.

The furniture store hosted the handover ceremony at the shop last Saturday.

Furn Mart is a furniture retail shop that sells furniture and electrical appliances through its network of stores in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia, said regional manager Livy Shilati.

He said Furn Mart wanted to encourage their customers to pay their accounts on time and to pay R100 extra every month where possible.

“We offer the cheapest credit and lowest instalments in the country to our customers,” Shilati said.

“We want to cultivate relationships with our customers by offering them value for money.

“We offer a two-year guarantee with a seven day replacement clause. We are proud to say that our customer can access unique opportunities through our stores.”

Furn Mart in Mokopane is open from 08:00 to 17:00 on week days, 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays and 09:00 to 13:00 on public holidays.

Madimetja Joseph Mokoka was the winner of the R10 000 cash prize and said he was very surprised to hear of his windfall. “At first I thought it was some sort of scam,” he said.

He thanked Furn Mart’s sales team for encouraging him to keep his account up to date and his wife, who urged him to open an account with Furn Mart.
