SESHEGO – ESAU Mosedame Primary School in Seshego zone 8 recently presented excellence awards to their top achievers and also bid farewell to the gr. 7 learners.
The ceremony had sponsors, which included Lebowa Funeral and Pietersburg Funeral Suppliers.
The principal, Mike Mashaba, said: “we wanted to honour our learners and to encourage the top achievers to continue working hard. We want to motivate our learners and to improve our results. We want to encourage them to study hard,” said Mashaba. He wished the gr. 7 learners well for the future.
“They shouldn’t get involved in drug and substances abuse. We hope the learners will perform well and show good conduct wherever they are going,” he said.
Mashaba called on the community of Seshego zone 8 and surrounding areas to bring their children to Esau Mosedame Primary School.
“We have enjoyed success in 2014 and we managed to secure sponsorship from the National Lottery Board, which we used to buy sports equipment.”
