IT was a joyous celebration at Phishego Primary School on Friday when the school hosted their excellence awards as well as their gr. 7 farewell function.
Principal Mmaditsela Sebotja said the teachers and other personnel wanted to motivate the learners to continue with their hard work with the awards.
“We award the top achievers every quarter and we encourage the learners to be consistent in their performances.
“We encourage them to compete with each other,” said Sebotja.
She encouraged this year’s gr. 7 learners to continue to work hard in high school.
