Gr. 8 Westenburg Secondary School dancers prepare for their dance at the school's first ever gr. 8 concert. The group calls itself Beyonce Juniors and is made up of Kayly Fillis, Deslin Voster, Shaunice Smuts, Whitney Bezuidenhout, Laura-Ann Sageantes, Dora Jantjies, Amber Hendricks and Abigail Southon.
POLOKWANE – Westenburg Secondary School hosted their first ever gr. 8 concert recently.
There was a variety of talent demonstrated including poetry, singing, dancing and motivational speaking.
Parents, members of the school governing body and the principal were among the guests who attended the event.
After the show, parents congratulated the children and teachers who helped to organise the event on an entertaining and well organised concert.
“Let this be the first of many more. We really enjoyed the concert,” said several parents after the show.
