Wednesday accident: case of negligence opened

POLOKWANE – According to Warrant Officer Lesiba Ramoshaba; “a case for reckless and negligent driving has been opened after obtaining statements from both drivers of the vehicles as well as from eye witnesses.”

The accident involving a bread delivery truck and another vehicle happened on the corner of Marshall and Church street at 06:00 Wednesday morning.

Warrant Officer Ramoshaba says a date for the appearance of the drivers to be in court is yet to be established.
