On the eighth round of the Limpopo Toyota Knights Braai Competition took place on Monday evening at Ballantinos.
POLOKWANE – The teams: Round Table Impala 157, Round Table 22, Rotary Pietersburg 100, Curro Heuwelkruin
The meat for the evening was pork and the men showed their skills in more ways than one.

The braaiers for Round Table Impala 157 was Donovan Snyman and Vos Botha. For Round Table 22 Niel Bosman and MJ Strydom, The Rotary Club was represented by Johan Joubert and Jaco Nortje and Curro Heuwelkruin decided to send their young teachers, Craig Adams and Juan Vos to teach the others a lesson or two.
The winners for this round was Round Table 22.
The winning menu is a follows:
Main Meal:
Pork fillet on the grill with a chicken liver garnish and cream sauce liver pate
Grilled corn with garlic marmite and bacon garnish and
Baked potatoes with sour cream and yogurt sauce
Dessert:
Carrot cake with a cottage cheese and icing sugar sauce on the fire in a cast-iron baking
The meat for the evening was sponsored by Enterprise food and the organizers wants to thank them for the contribution.
