Another faulty transformer leaves Seshego residents in the dark

The Sigma transformer is currently under urgent repairs which has resulted in larger parts of Seshego to be left without electricity.

POLOKWANE- Seshego residents have been left in the dark yet again as the municipality conducts urgent repairs on another faulty transformer.

Polokwane Municipality spokesperson Thipa Selela says that their technicians are working swiftly on resolving the matter.

He added that all residents are advised to treat all electrical wiring as live and to switch off all appliances to avoid injury and damage when supply is restored.

“There is currently no estimated time for restoration, however, regular updates will be provided to residents,” his statement read.
