Noordskool rugby boys off to Craven Week

Principal Greg Schoeman says Noordskool prides itself in unlocking sporting opportunities for the talented learners at the school.

POLOWANE – Laerskool Pietersburg Noord Primary (Noordskool) u/12 and u/13 rugby boys have been selected to represent their school and most importantly the province, where the u/13 team will play against the Pumas in the Craven Week tournament on June 7 in Groblersdal.

The u/12 tournament Craven Week will take place in Klerksdorp June 12 and in Pretoria June 15.

Playing for the u/13 rugby team are; Pumba Mongwai, Ramathope Shai, Lesiba Legodi, Mahlatse Ramabu, Ntshembu Ravhuhali, Onthatile Mamabolo and Joel Abate.

Playing for the u/12 are; Phathuthedzo Ralubuvhi, Kamogelo Selokela, Donatello Thethwayo, Khumo Mabusa, Siphesihle Shithlangu and Mosa Molepo.

“We are exceptionally proud of these young sport stars who always give their best on the field,” said school principal Greg Schoeman.

He added that nurturing talent from a young age is crucial for the development of the children and the school prides itself in unlocking sporting opportunities for the talented children in the school.
