It was a day full of action and entertainment when local golfers competed on the course during a golf challenge that was played in Individual Stableford format at the Polokwane Golf Club on Saturday.
Riaan Strydom made the opponents eat dust as he finished the challenge in first position with 39 points on a count in, followed by Raymond Mushaike with 39 points on a count out. Liano Viviers finished third also with 39 points on a count out.
Benhardt Steyn Jnr made the jackpot lucky draw at holes 1, 11, 13 and 14 but none of the golfers managed to get their hands on the prize.
The jackpot was standing at 1 890 units while only 1 512 units were payable.
