MGM Golf Day a success

POLOKWANE – Golfers played in a combined stableford format and tested their skills throughout the day.

Results of the day are as follows:

Edwin Mackay and Charles Mara took the win with 75 points

Dudley Venner and Charles Hardy took second place with 72 points.

There were two teams contesting for third place with Naomi Molepo and Mash Makena on 71 points counting in and Andries Du Plessis and Belinda Schutte on 71 points counting out.

The nearest to the pin on hole nine was played by Joe Legora and

nearest to the pin on hole 18 was played by Roelf De Beer.

The jackpot was drawn by Clive Silva at holes 1, 4, 12, and 14 at a total of 430 units with a payable amount of 340 units, however, there was no winner.
