Discovery learners shine at Gauteng Champs

Three learners from Discovery Primary full service school participate at the Gauteng championships

Three talented learners from Discovery Primary Full Service Primary School made their mark at the prestigious Gauteng Championships held in Germiston. This comes after their remarkable performance at the D12 championships, which took place at Hoërskool Florida.

Keren Matbanculun, Loatile Modise, and Motheo Pule proudly represented the district, showcasing their athletic prowess in various events. Keren participated in the girls u10 High Jump and Loatile, a seasoned competitor, participated in the 200m hurdles for boys u13, while Motheo, a three-time Gauteng Champs participant, competed in the boys U12 150m.

Although they narrowly missed the podium at the Gauteng Championships, Discovery Primary School and the School Governing Body are beaming with pride for making it this far.
