Ntha Properties still selling houses and stands illegally

Parsonsons reported that MLM is awaiting a quotation for the demolition of the structures from the Sherriff’s Office.

MIDVAAL. – Ntha Propertiy Developers is still selling illegal stands and houses on Plot 116 Elandsfontein 334 – IQ despite a court order permitting the Midvaal Local Municipality (MLM) to demolish existing structures.

MMC Development and Planning Lynda Parsonsons says “It has been brought to the municipality’s attention that Ntha Property Developers is still selling illegal stands and houses to Midvaal residents in the above-mentioned development on various media platforms.”

“As previously reported by the MLM, the said development was and remains illegal as no formal planning processes  such as rezoning application, township establishment, subdivision, building plan submissions, inspection of houses to ensure quality and compliance were followed by the Developer.

Parsonsons reported that MLM is awaiting a quotation for the demolition of the structures from the Sherriff’s Office.

“Residents are advised to kindly refrain from purchasing stands and houses from this illegal development as they will end up losing their money. Also, residents who purchase these illegal stands cannot build or occupy houses in this illegal development.”

Parsonsons said the Developer is unfortunately taking advantage of vulnerable people in need of housing opportunities.
