Major water outage to affect southern areas

Residents living in areas between Prospecton and Scottburgh are urged to fill containers with water ahead of the planned water outage.

THE recent heavy rains that have battered the coastal areas damaged the South Coast Augmentation Pipeline System (SCAPS) on January 14, and the public is warned about a looming water shortage. The water outage is expected to affect all areas between Prospecton and Scottburgh.
