RWFL runs along to shave heads

First in line was Warren Gibson to have his hair sprayed and then Lizette Botha had a number two hair shave.

SATURDAY morning started with bang for Run Walk for Life (RWFL) Toti, with members, the public and other clubs leaving Amanzimtoti High School for the normal Saturday run.

The weather played along and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

RWFL members then started setting up for the Cansa Shavathon held at Amanzimtoti High. First in line was Warren Gibson to have his hair sprayed and then Lizette Botha had a number two hair shave.

RWFL thanks all who supported them, as without the support they cannot host such events. They also thank Mrs Lemmer, principal of Amanzimtoti High School for allowing the RWFL team to use her school as its venue.

Saturday saw member Annemarie Snyman and her family going up and down Sani Pass. Well done.

On Sunday members ran the Tongaat 32km and 16km run and walk. Mathys Nawrattel did a personal best and won a prize. Well done Matthys.
