Second tennis team up for promotion
The first team match against North Coast result is a loss 2-4.
AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club’s midweek league women’s second team recorded another win 5-1 against Chiltern 2.
The second team has had all wins and this should qualify them for promotion to second division.
Well done women.
The first team match against North Coast resulted in a 2-4 loss. Midweek league is now complete so its back to social tennis on Wednesday mornings.
The women should note the poster on the notice board regarding the Chiltern annual tournament to take place on Wednesday, 11 June. Lists with details of the winter men’s and women’s doubles league due to commence at the end of July are on the notice board. Enter your name if you wish to be considered for a team. The AGM date has been set for Saturday, 28 June at 3.30pm in the clubhouse. A notice of meeting and schedule of nominations has been posted on the board. The committee should note that the final meeting before the AGM will take place on Thursday, 19 June.
