Nappy Run 2018, bigger and better
CMA thanked the bikers and stallholders as well as cash donors for being part of the event.
SOME 150 bikers revved their engines and gathered at the Woodlands Sports Club for the annual Nappy Run, organised by Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) on Saturday, 11 August.

The entry fee for the event was a pack of nappies, which all bikers and stall holders happily obliged, allowing nappies to be amassed for supply to three organisations.

Fifty packs each were given to Holah Children’s Home and Shiloh House Crisis Centre, and 150 packs of adult nappies went to Natal Settlers Home. President of CMA, Johan Van Eck said this year’s Nappy Run enjoyed a bigger turnout than last year. He thanked the bikers and stallholders as well as cash donors for being part of the event. “We have collected about R1,200 which will go towards the purchase of adult nappies,” he said.
