Stainbank Women’s Institute supports CROW

Stainbank WI has been a continued supporter since the inception of CROW

STAINBANK Women’s Institute president, Arlene Greenfield and vice-president Linda Hewer joined the Centre for Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) for a small appreciation celebration on Tuesday, 14 August.

The Stainbank WI recently donated funds to CROW to use towards the revamp of its raptor enclosure. CROW’s raptor enclosure has upgraded from a solid wooden structure to seven brick wall structures, to create a natural environment which houses birds of prey before they are released for a second chance at a free and sustainable life in the wild.

CROW extends its huge appreciation to the women’s institute for its support. Stainbank WI has been a continued supporter since the inception of CROW and the rehabilitation centre is grateful to receive local support and opportunities to grow local relationships.
