Bluff residents protest against poor service delivery
The protest is in reaction to ongoing sewage spills and non-functioning pumphouses in the Bluff which are exacerbated by cable theft and vandalism of the pumphouses.
Angry residents, forced to live in unhealthy conditions due to ongoing sewer-related issues, which are not promptly and effectively resolved by the municipality, have joined to protest.
