Golf day fundraiser a great success

It was a day filled with fun and excitement for golf enthusiasts.

IT was a day filled with fun, laughter, and beautiful scenery for those that partook in the Optimum Harlequins Rugby’s annual golf day fundraiser, held at the Bluff National Park Golf Club on August 26.

Domanique Smuts, the secretary of Optimum Harlequins Rugby, said the event was a great success.

“The atmosphere was buzzing and everyone enjoyed the day. We had amazing support for the event and the day was a huge success. We also had amazing sponsors and partners come on board, with support in the form of prizes and hole sponsorship. The winning four-ball of the day were Charl Bezuidenhout, Brett Cullen, Jarryd Lubbe, and Jacques Els, who received the Mike Gedye Floating Trophy.
