We are looking for a family of Luvo Wayiza ( a 22 years old male with severe mental & physical disabilities) who was brought to Tumelo Home in 2008, by the grand mother Nozintombi Nobula ( deceased – 2013), the alleged father is Simphiwe Wayiza ( deceased – 2007), the alleged mother Mandisa Mokheti ( whereabouts unknown)
