Notice is hereby given in terms of the Emalahleni Land Use (2023) that the Council has received an application for Consent Use for a Dwelling Unit on Erf 252, Deljudor.
Background: Pigalle Holdings Architectural Designers have lodged a develoent application on behalf of the owner who intends to operate a Dwelling Unit within the existing residential dwelling.

Objections/comments must be submitted in writting to the Municipal Manager within 21 days of this notice.
