REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
All prospective buyers can register at the Sheriffs office storeroom, Unit 99 Alumina Storage, 133 Alumina Allee, Alton, Richards Bay, from 08h00 in the morning. No unregistered buyers will be allowed to participate in the sale of execution.
1.Rules of the auction and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Sheriff`s office, 37 Union Street, Empangeni 24 hours prior to the auction
2.Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
2.1) In accordance to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (URL https://www.info.gov.za/view/Download Files Action? id=99961)
2.2) FICA-legislation :Requirement proof of ID and residential address – List of other FICA requirements available at Sheriff`s office or website: www.sheremp.co.za
2.3) All bidders are required to pay R1 000.00 (refundable) registration fee prior to the commencement of the auction in order to obtain a buyer`s card.
