LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER T 8932/1982 passed by the Town Council of the Borough of Empangeni in favour of Alfred Du Plessis Botha, Identity Number 201101 5017 00 2 in respect of certain ERF 1440 EMPANGENI ( Extension 19), REGISTRATION DIVISION GU, PROVINCE OF KWAZULU NATAL in extend 3913 (Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirteen) Square Metres which has been lost or destroyed.
All persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: KWAZULU NATAL at PIETERMARITZBURG within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
