LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Title Deed Number TG20469/2003KZ passed by UMHLATHUZE MUNICIPALITY in favour of MAKENZE ALPHEUS MBATHA ID NO:5408015762081 and ISABEL NELLIE MBATHA ID NO:4111280268088 in respect of certain ERF 742 NGWELEZANA A, REGISTRATION DIVISION GU, PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at 111 High Court Building, 300 Pieter Maritz Street, PIETERMARITZBURG within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
